I am glad that I found something like Hip Hop Abs. I saw this at random and I picked it up. I tried it and well, I was hooked. I am a sucker for anything HIP HOP and this really fed my love for Hip Hop. I am amazed that I lost 35 pounds in more than 6 weeks. I never even knew I had that much weight in me. Well, I look way better now.
The Tuck and Tighten is really a genius way to get rid of the abdominal fat. Who would have thought that you don’t have to do a hundred sit ups for this? I never knew that. Anyway, this is a phenomenal workout and I would love to buy a second volume if there is any. Shaun T is incredible. No wonder he has a very long following. He actually delivers fast results. I am very happy.
